Just concluded the national final of the historic competition, in partnership with the Consorzio Ristoranti del Radicchio e Viticoltori Ponte, which after 13 years has returned to the city that hosted it for 41 editions.
Francesca Bergesio is Miss Italy 2023. She was elected last night, at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Salsomaggiore Terme. After 13 years the event has returned to take place in the historic venue which hosted it for 41 years, between 1950 and 2010, the last 28 of which consecutively. “Salsomaggiore is a city where I am at home, it is the place of happiness, the home of the great successes of my father Enzo, with our friend Fabrizio Frizzi, here for 15 editions that are in everyone’s memory”, said Patrizia Mirigliani.
This is accompanied by another highly anticipated return, namely the one on TV. The final of Miss Italia 2023 was in fact covered, among others, by Rainews24 (Channel 48) and Rainews.it with reports and interviews, not live, culminating in the ‘coronation’ ritual now traditionally consecrated by the iconic Jeroboam of Prosecco Doc PONTE1948.
The evening was hosted by Jo Squillo, the third woman to do it solo after Milly Carlucci and Simona Ventura, flanked by a very respectable jury, Hoara Borselli, Giuseppe Cruciani and Giulia Salemi, who decreed this year’s queen.
Following, the usual gala dinner based on Radicchio rosso tardivo di Treviso IGP accompanied by the best PONTE1948 labels.
